Lucas is a data driven and detail oriented product leader who loves to make exceptional products. With 10 years of product management experience, Lucas has worked on several large-scale products that have reached millions of people, including Smart TV software at Samsung, 3D Printers at MakerBot, and most recently lifestyle subscriptions at Bespoke Post. At each stop in his career, Lucas has not only shipped new products but also improved company KPIs with his agile and iterative approach to product management. In Lucas' free time, he enjoys following sports, drawing, and coding side projects.

Marc Gurney

Marc is product design leader turned full-stack engineer with a passion for software that makes users more productive and businesses more efficient. Marc most recently spent seven years at MongoDB where he joined as the company's first UX designer and from there built a 12 person product design department delivering world-class enterprise cloud software experiences. Marc eventually decided to step into an engineering role at MongoDB where he built numerous UIs and later led a Golang project to add support for NPM packages in MongoDB Realm Functions. Marc moved to Costa Rica in March of 2020 where he now spends his free time surfing, learning Spanish, eating steak, and making cold brew.

Will Haack

Will is passionate about computer science and cryptography. Since the age of twelve he has been working on programming projects both as a professional and as a hobbyist. From his experience and bachelors degree in CS at MIT he has grown into a full-stack developer who specializes in backend development. He now resides in Costa Rica where he spends his free time surfing and learning Spanish.
